Delivery and Pickup

4. All goods are shipped from Hong Kong. Shipping within Hong Kong generally takes approximately seven to fourteen working days. Shipping overseas takes approximately ten to fourteen working days. However, some customized products require additional production time, which may take longer.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Unless there is a quality issue with the goods, returns, exchanges, or refunds are generally not offered (this may be adjusted as needed).

2. If damaged or incorrect goods are received, the customer must provide proof (such as photos) within 48 hours.
